Recreation and Commercial Parking
We recognize the need for residents of our community to occasionally bring their recreational
vehicles to their homes. With regard for these situations as well as for the homeowner’s
indentures restricting recreational vehicle parking, we have created the parking permit
application. The intent of the parking permit is to allow for activities such as the loading and
unloading pre/post travels, minor repairs, cleaning, winterizing, etc. With respect to their
neighbors, the amount of time the recreation vehicle is parked at their residence is to be kept
to a minimum. 24 hours should be ample time for the loading/unloading activities, with 36
hours to be the maximum time allowed.
The guidelines for permit approval are as follows:
● Recreational vehicles can be parked at a residence for a period of 24 hours at a time, 36 hours
with just reason.
○ For example, a person can bring their recreational vehicle home Thursday morning if
the intent is to remove it Friday morning, Friday evening with special request.
● Recreational vehicles should be parked in the homeowner’s driveway whenever possible and
not on the street.
● When completing the permit application, please identify the hourly times that you will have
your recreational vehicle at your residence within the Permit Start and End Dates section.
○ For example, 6 PM 8/10/23 to 6PM 8/11/23
● We also recognize that there may be extenuating circumstances that may require someone to
need their recreational vehicle at their residence for longer than the guidelines allow or in cases
where the guidelines do not fit the requirements. Please submit your parking permit request
with details of this requirement, and your request will be evaluated to the situation.
Again, the indentures state no recreation vehicles shall be parked at a residence so please
respect your neighbors and minimize the time your vehicle is present.
